Cyclic reboot issues? No problem. In this tutorial I will show you how to fix this unpleasant condition, also I'll show how to update the firmware for this tablet PC.

Please note: the process of firmware update will be conducted under Windows 7.

Step 1

Download driver for firmware update from the manufacturer's website: www.msi.com

Factory firmware with the program is also taken from the same MSI site: www.msi.com

Step 3

Extract the compressed file of the updating tool into a folder and execute "UpdateTool.exe" to start MSI Enjoy Firmware Updater. It will automatically load the image file in the folder then wait for tablet to connect. If you want to use the previous version of the image file, you can select "Open" to locate the file.

Step 4

Connect the device via USB to a computer and simultaneously press RESET (it's on the back) then press both volume keys and power button simultaneously. After the device is determined install the driver that we downloaded in the first step.

If done correctly, firmware program will show that the device is connected. Press the button "Upgrade" and behold the firmware update process:

Firmware update ends with a reboot and a short notice in the program:

As a result of our affords we obtain a working device.

:) step 4 alternative for people like me that don't work common method, try hold the Vol down button and then use a pin to press the reset button at the back (whiles holding the vol down).
With this work's fine

my computer need rk29 where do i download it? doesn't connected to driver because of rk29.. pls give me idea. thanks..

The updating tool is in zip archive on the second step of the article: MSI735_20120726_02.zip.

Just press vol+ and reset with pin, it will be detected as RK29 in win7. otherwise thanks for this post.
