I have been trying all evening to remove some malware virus that has locked a page on my screen, but it has made no difference doing a factory reset according to the instructions I have read. On one occasion I managed to get to my settings page and pressed the factory reset tab but it stlll went back to this virus page where it demands me to pay money to have the virus removed.

A200 won't reset. Have tried the volume and power switch nothing, tried the paper clip in the small, hole still nothing and I don't feel a click or even a button for that matter. Please advise, thanks, Ron
