Video card repair: replace GPU fan

What to do, when a cooling system of the video card broke down, but characteristics satisfy us?
– replace a fan.
Let's see the replacement of the standard (not working) Cooling ATI Radeon HD2600 Pro
on Titan TTC-CUV2AB/RHS(DIY) (8-12$).
STEP 1: dismantling of the old cooling system
Unscrew the screws which keep the radiator on the board (PCB)
Remove the radiator
Clean up the video chip (GPU) from the old thermal grease (using the cotton sticks and spirit)
STEP 2: installation of a new cooling system
Choose the radiator bracket (Titan includes 4 pieces)

After this, apply the thermal grease on the graphics chip (included). Apply it uniformly throughout the crystal surface.
Fasten the bracket with plastic snaps.
Installing the fan
And fasten it by screws.
Video card is ready for work.
Conclusion:
As it is shown in the example, the replacing of the cooling system is quite simple. It can be really done at home.
Important! Do not repair and modify a device which has a warranty.
